Welcome to TradeupHunter (“Site”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using TradeupHunter and its related services available through www.tradeuphunter.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

TradeupHunter is an online platform designed to assist users with Counter-Strike 2 (“CS2”) trade-up analysis and trading-related calculations. The Site provides tools, profitability estimates, statistical analysis, historical information, and other features intended to help users evaluate trade-up contracts and related market opportunities.

The Site is operated independently by an individual owner.

TradeupHunter is an independent third-party platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Valve Corporation or Steam in any way.

Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, item names, images, and related assets are intellectual property owned by Valve Corporation.

All trademarks, logos, and game-related assets belong to their respective owners.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that:

• you are at least 16 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction;
• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
• you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By continuing to use the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and any future updates.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Site.

Some features of the Site require authentication through Steam.

By using Steam login functionality, you acknowledge that:

• your Steam account is governed by Steam and Valve terms;
• TradeupHunter does not control Steam authentication services;
• we are not responsible for Steam outages, account issues, or authentication failures.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Steam account. TradeupHunter is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Steam accounts or third-party actions.

Unless otherwise stated, all source code, design elements, calculators, algorithms, databases, layouts, branding, text, graphics, and custom functionality of the Site are the intellectual property of TradeupHunter.

Users may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish Site content;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
• duplicate Site functionality or data structures;
• use automated systems to mirror or clone the Site;
• redistribute premium content or exclusive trade-up information.

Premium access is licensed to a single user only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, rented, or commercially redistributed.

Unauthorized use of Site content may result in termination of access and legal action where applicable.

Users agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or mass-download Site data
• exploit APIs, requests, or server communication;
• bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security systems;
• use bots, automation, browser automation, AI agents, or scripts to overload or abuse the Site;

TradeupHunter may offer optional premium access packages.

Premium access is purchased as a time-limited package and is not a recurring subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

Premium benefits may include:

• access to premium profitable trade-ups;
• expanded historical data;
• increased save limits;
• access to additional tools and analytics;
• other exclusive features.

The Site may reveal new free and premium trade-ups approximately every 7 days.

Premium trade-ups are estimated and calculated to be profitable at the time they are revealed. However, market conditions, item prices, and probabilities may change over time due to market fluctuations and external factors beyond our control. TradeupHunter does not guarantee future profitability.

Premium content is confidential and may not be copied, redistributed, leaked, resold, or publicly shared.

TradeupHunter reserves the right to modify, replace, limit, or remove premium features at any time.

If the Site offers an “Unlimited” premium package, “Unlimited” means access for as long as the Site and related premium systems remain operational and available.

It does not guarantee lifetime availability of the Site or permanent uninterrupted service.

Because premium access immediately reveals exclusive content and data, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests where abuse, misuse, content extraction, or unfair usage is suspected.

Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees charged by payment providers.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Paypal.

Chargeback abuse, fraudulent payments, or refund exploitation may result in permanent access restrictions.

The Site provides estimates, calculations, historical data, profitability analysis, and market-related information for informational purposes only.

TradeupHunter does not provide financial, investment, gambling, or trading advice.

While we aim to provide accurate and updated information, we do not guarantee:

• profitability;
• market stability;
• price accuracy;
• uninterrupted data availability;
• error-free calculations.

Users use the Site and make trading decisions entirely at their own risk.

The Site may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, and referral links.
